このサイトは以前の記事でも紹介しましたが、その時から4大学増えて9大学(Berkeley, Columbia, Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Stanford, U Michigan, UCLA, Yale)の講義コースが聴講できます。特徴は、単発の講演ではなく、一連のまとまった連続講義（コース）を集めていることです。例えば、「天文物理学入門」では、Yale大のCharles Bailyn教授の行った24回の講義すべてをみることができます（「天文物理学入門」をみる）。

TED is a small nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. Along with the annual TED Conference in Long Beach, California, and the TEDGlobal conference in Oxford UK, TED includes the award-winning TEDTalks video site, the Open Translation Program, the new TEDx community program, this year’s TEDIndia Conference and the annual TED Prize.
大学の講義と言うよりは、15分ぐらいの講演集です。例えば、Michelle Obamaの講演もあります（講演をみる）。
